Minni Marwaha has 15 years of provider experience launching new business units, leading teams, and wearing multiple hats of Strategy, Operations and Innovation within large health systems. In what she calls phase three of her career, she now uses her expertise to advise and invest in innovative healthcare solutions. Her ideal portfolio would be 100% pediatric healthcare solutions.
She was most recently the Vice President Core Innovation at Advocate Aurora Health care, the 10th largest healthcare system in the US based in Chicago, IL. She built internal teams and processes to accelerate innovation solution adoption. She has evaluated more than 100+ startups to bring into a large corporate environment. Prior to that, she was an Pediatric Administrative Director providing strategic and operational leadership to nine pediatric business units over a span of five years, where she developed and launched multiple new business units significantly increasing the scope of services available to patients. Prior to Advocate Health, Minni worked in Sg2’s healthcare consulting practice where she managed and delivered executive-level strategic and operational engagements. Her area of expertise and passion is in innovative and future focused healthcare.
Minni holds an MBA, MHA and BSPH from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School and Gillings School of Global Public Health.
